Toulouse reunited

Pets name: Toulouse

Area:
Nottingham

Toulouse's story:

Toulose went missing from his keeper's home in Nottingham at the start of the year. This had a very emotional impact on the family as they believed they would never see him again. Toulouse was missing for a total of eight months. Fortunately, he had not travelled far and was spotted by an individual in the local town centre. For two months, this individual had been trying to catch this cat and when he finally did, he took the cat straight to the vet to be scanned for a chip. It turns out that this cat was Toulouse, and a successful reunification was possible thanks to the microchip.

Once he returned home, he instantly knew where he was and fit right back into his usual life. Toulouse did lose some weight and appears slightly nervous, however he sustained no significant injuries. The keepers urge others to microchip their pets as it was the only reason they were reunited with their cat.
