Bentley reunited

Pets name: Bentley

Area:
Bristol

Bentley's story:

Back in 2016, a family from Bristol woke up one day to realise their cat, Bentley, had gone missing from their home. The keepers had Bentley microchipped which offered them some hope but didn't want to waste any time and began to place posters in the local area. They figured that Bentley had wandered too far from his usual areas and unfortunately was unable to make his way home. Despite no positive sightings from the posters, the microchip they had implanted paid off as he was taken to a vet and scanned for his keeper's details. This meant that Bentley was back in his home in no time and now tends to stay indoors a little more often after his recent experience.

Bentley was well fed whilst he was away from his keepers which meant that he did not lose too much weight and was very healthy upon his reunification. With help from his microchip, Bentley was able to be reunited within four weeks. This is why the keepers urge others to ensure their pets are microchipped, as it can be the crucial difference in you being reunited with your pet.
